Why this book exists
A focused place to understand what is happening
This book is for someone carrying a loss that the world too often refuses to see. If you have had a miscarriage, an early one, the kind people rush to call common as though common meant small, then you have lost something real, and you are grieving, and I want you to know from the very first page that your grief is not a mistake and not an overreaction and not something to be managed away. I am a coach, not a doctor, and I will be clear throughout this book about where the everyday grief of loss ends and where something heavier begins that needs professional care, and I will point you toward that care plainly. I have also written this book specifically about early pregnancy loss. Later loss, stillbirth, ectopic and molar pregnancy, and losses that.
The writing is designed to reduce shame, bring the underlying pattern into view and give you practical ways to respond without pretending that every life follows the same formula.
