Understanding before advice
Elia Sal Life Coaching began with a simple belief: people need to feel understood before advice can be useful. My work brings formal study and lived experience into the same room, so support stays human, realistic and usable.
Qualifications and professional scope
I hold an LLB (Hons), an Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching and Mentoring Level 7, and additional training certificates in life coaching and counselling, NLP, child psychology and clinical psychology study. These qualifications inform my work, but I do not present life coaching as therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment.
Why I write
Some things are easier to face privately. Each Elia Sal book gives one difficult experience a focused place to be understood, with practical reflection readers can return to in their own time.
