Privacy at LifeCoach.ltd

Your private reflections should stay private.

This notice explains the main types of information used by the website and where your choices remain under your control.

Who is responsible

LifeCoach.ltd is operated publicly by Elia Sal. For privacy requests or complaints, email elia.sal@outlook.com. No private home address is published by this website.

Know Yourself and the Wellness Tracker

Your answers and tracker entries are designed to remain on your device unless you deliberately export, share or clear them. Do not use these tools for information you would not want stored in your browser.

Client accounts, enquiries and messages

When you sign in, LifeCoach.ltd receives the email address and optional display name supplied through the sign-in service. The website stores your account, saved form progress, enquiries, replies, purchased service credits and call records so you can return on another device. The contents are not public.

Pre-booking questionnaire and health information

The suitability questionnaire may contain health and safety information, which is special category data. A draft is saved to your protected account. On submission, the answers are encrypted and used only for suitability review, safeguarding, signposting, handling a related concern or legal obligation. Notification emails deliberately omit the raw health answers. You may withdraw consent for future optional processing, although this does not undo lawful processing already completed and may mean coaching cannot safely be offered.

Browser voice calls

LifeCoach.ltd uses microphone access only after you allow it. Audio is carried live between the participating browsers and is not recorded by the website. Short-lived technical connection data and a call record are used to connect, secure and meter the call. Your device or network provider may still process technical data needed to make the connection.

Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. Advertising storage and personalised advertising signals remain disabled.

Just Listen is separate

New Just Listen client registrations, listener applications and safety reports are submitted on JustListen.ltd under its own privacy notice. LifeCoach.ltd no longer collects new Just Listen applications. Any founding registration previously submitted on LifeCoach.ltd remains protected under the notice shown at the time and is used only for the requested launch contact, application review, safety or legal record.

Assessment previews and health screens

Quiet Room health-screen answers are used only to adapt or stop the practice you requested and are not written to the LifeCoach.ltd database. Health information is specially protected data, so the live tools are deliberately designed not to retain these answers.

Membership, payments and external services

Stripe handles Quiet Room subscription payments and website text or voice purchases. LifeCoach.ltd receives payment status, the purchased quantity and transaction references but does not collect card details. Etsy handles book purchases. Premium.Chat handles services opened on its platform. Just Listen manages its own planned payment journey on JustListen.ltd. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Retention, sharing and your choices

Enquiries and coaching records are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed for the client relationship, safeguarding, complaints or legal claims. Drafts can be replaced by you. Account, membership and transaction records may be retained longer where needed for security, tax, legal claims and payment administration. Relevant information may be processed by infrastructure, email, analytics and payment providers and by authorities where law or serious safety risk requires it.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of information, or object to certain processing, by emailing elia.sal@outlook.com. Rights depend on the circumstances and law. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
