The practical agreement for using LifeCoach.ltd.

These plain-language terms apply to the website operated publicly by Elia Sal. They are published for transparency and have not yet been reviewed by a solicitor.

Using the website

You may use the public pages, books information and self-reflection tools for lawful personal purposes. You must be at least 18 to use paid services. Do not bypass access controls, copy protected material into another product, interfere with the service or misuse another person's information.

Educational scope

Website content, Mia, assessments and wellbeing practices provide education and self-reflection, not diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, prescribing or emergency care. Results are not a clinical assessment and do not guarantee an outcome. Stop a practice that feels unsafe and seek appropriate professional help.

Client accounts and suitability review

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for giving information that is accurate enough for a safe suitability decision. Completing the questionnaire does not create a coaching relationship or guarantee a booking. Elia may decline or pause coaching and recommend a GP, therapist, emergency service or specialist support where that appears safer.

Website text and voice services

Stripe shows the price and quantity before payment. Each $3.33 text credit sends one private priority message. Each $3.33 voice credit buys one browser-call minute. Calls are billed in whole started minutes, are limited by the purchased balance and require microphone permission and a compatible connection. Unused credits remain attached to the account unless refunded or otherwise required by law. Website voice calls are not recorded by LifeCoach.ltd.

Quiet Room membership

Stripe shows the recurring price, billing interval and any applicable tax before payment. Membership unlocks the current premium practice library while the subscription is active. To cancel, email elia.sal@outlook.com from the address used at checkout with the subject “Cancel Quiet Room membership”. Elia will acknowledge the request and arrange cancellation at the end of the paid period. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Books and external services

Where a link opens Etsy, Stripe, Premium.Chat or another named provider, that provider handles the transaction shown at checkout. LifeCoach.ltd does not collect card numbers. Availability, delivery, cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms displayed for that transaction and applicable law.

Just Listen

Just Listen is a separate service and website. A LifeCoach.ltd link to JustListen.ltd is a signpost, not a LifeCoach.ltd booking or application. Just Listen publishes its own privacy, safety and service terms.

Availability and responsibility

Reasonable care is taken to keep the site accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not promised. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes, complaints and contact

Material changes will be dated on this page. Report content, conduct, access or payment concerns to elia.sal@outlook.com. Include the page or transaction concerned, but do not email highly sensitive health information. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have where you live.
